This package includes:

*An initial meeting to learn about your vision for ceremony and reception

*A venue walk-thru to discuss the details of your event

*Display of color palettes and an inspiration board

*Monthly correspondence via e-mail and/or phone to discuss the progress

*Assist with finding vendors for props, lighting, piping and draping

*Produce and e-mail customized itinerary for vendors

*Oversee the delivery and pick-up of all decor items for your main event

*8 hours of service on day of event to oversee set-up and breakdown of decorations

*Contact vendors for return of deposit, if no loss and damage
