Service begins on date of signing contract
Initial meeting in person to learn more about your vision
Walk-thru of party location to discuss layout of guest seating and placement of decor
Produce floor plan entailing placement of service tables and guest seating
Unlimited correspondence via e-mail and/or phone
Includes research & assist with booking rentals
Review of all vendor contracts to ensure services are provided accordingly
Coordinate delivery and pick-up of rentals
Produce delivery and pick-up schedule for client
~Day of Rental Delivery
Greet vendors arrival
Confirm count of received items (tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc)
Check rentals for damages (i.e. torn linens, chipped china or crystal, etc)
~Main Event
Arrive 3 hours prior to event
Receive guest favors and place them in their appropriate spot
Greet caterer and oversee set-up of beverage, food, and dessert table
Ensure floral delivery and oversee set-up of centerpieces
Greet photographer
Distribute final payment to vendors
Coordinator & Assistant will greet guests and place gifts in appropriate location
Oversee the packing of linens, china, silverware, napkins, crystal
Oversee breakdown of tables and chairs
Breakdown of decorations interior and exterior
Pack up personal items and/or gifts and place in appropriate location
Any loose garbage on site will be discarded in appropriate bin
~Day of Vendor Pick-up
Greet vendors and assist with pick-up
Confirm count of returned items
Contact vendors for return of deposit, if no loss and damage
~Event Styling (additional fee)
Create design board reflecting color scheme and theme
Assist with finding vendors for props, lighting, piping and draping
Produce and e-mail customized itinerary for vendors
Produce Floor Plan
Print Signs for the following: Gift Table, Drink Station, Hors d'oeuvre Table, Favors Table
Create Decorations for the following: Gift Table, Drink Station, Hors d'oeuvre Table, Favors Table
Set-up and Breakdown of seating arrangement to approved floor plan
Dressing of tables (linens, china, silverware, napkins, crystal)
Set-up and place decorations in appropriate location (interior & exterior)
During event, a DIME representative will be present to ensure decor remains intact due to unforeseen weather conditions
Whether it is baby showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs or "Sweet 16" parties, we are there for you. We welcome eco-friendly and corporate events as well as holiday parties, charity galas and fundraisers.
Service rate is based on location, guest count, and details of your event.
